Oyewole Ogunnaike

Oyewole is a devoted and patient-focused psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner across the lifespan. He is culturally competent and has participatory experiences in managing Depression, Anxiety, Mood d/o, OCD, PTSD, ADHD/ADD, alcohol abuse, and Psychosis. His over 7 years of behavioral RN experience in acute inpatient settings, has played a significant role in his practice. He believes in creating solid and professional relationships with his clients based on trust and transparency.

The individualized treatment approach utilizes relevant evidence-based resources and motivational interviewing and makes appropriate referrals where indicated.

Building trust and a patient-provider relationship through brief introductions, trying to understand the history of the current challenges and the recent/active symptoms. This will enhance the recognition of the patient's knowledge about the situation and understand the most workable treatment options available.
