Great to meet you!

I have experience working with people ages 4-68, with different backgrounds, concerns, and ethnicities. I aim to be culturally competent and am always open to learning more on my own and alongside my clients.

My approach to therapy

I like to utilize an eclectic approach, allowing me to utilize many different techniques to meet my clients where they are at. I often incorporate art, creativity, and mindfulness in my practice.
