I am currently offering up to 6 pro-bono sessions to those who have been impacted by the natural disaster in the Fox Crossing area. I have experience working with people ages 4-68, with different backgrounds, concerns, and ethnicities. I aim to be culturally competent and am always open to learning more on my own and alongside my clients.
I like to utilize an eclectic approach, allowing me to utilize many different techniques to meet my clients where they are at. I often incorporate art, creativity, and mindfulness in my practice.
Clients can expect to takeaway at least 1 coping skill and a better understanding of their selves. Our first session will usually be getting to know each other better and strengthening our therapeutic relationship.
