Great to meet you!

It can be exhausting to carry anxiety, depression, trauma, or the pressure to always appear strong while feeling overwhelmed inside. Whether you're navigating men's issues, stress, grief, relationship challenges, panic disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, identity concerns, cultural experiences, or family conflict, you don't have to face those struggles alone. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to create a supportive space where you can better understand what's keeping you stuck and begin moving toward meaningful change. I believe every person has unique strengths that can serve as a foundation for healing, and my goal is to help you build confidence, develop healthier coping skills, and create lasting improvements in both your emotional well-being and your relationships.

My approach to therapy

I take a participatory, warm, and inquisitive approach to therapy, recognizing that every person's experiences and goals are different. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Parent Management Training (PMT) to tailor treatment to your individual needs. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that contribute to your current challenges while identifying practical strategies that support growth and resilience. My goal is to help you gain greater self-awareness, strengthen relationships, manage difficult emotions, and build skills that continue serving you well beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

You can expect therapy to be a collaborative process where you feel respected, supported, and actively involved in your care. During our first sessions, we'll take time to understand your story, identify your goals, and develop a treatment plan that reflects what matters most to you. As we work together, I'll provide guidance, encouragement, and practical tools while helping you recognize your own strengths and capacity for change. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, empowered, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
