Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of private practice experience. I’ve worked in hospitals, treatment centers, and Employee Assistance Programs, supporting individuals through challenges like life transitions, workplace stress, depression, addiction, and sexuality. My goal is to offer a supportive space where we can work together toward insight, perspective, and change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I focus on creating a supportive, interactive space where we can explore what’s going on in your life, identify strengths, and gain insight into your thoughts and feelings. Depending on your goals, I may draw from cognitive, psychodynamic, relational, or behavioral techniques—what matters most is that we find a style that feels helpful to you.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you’ll find a dedicated space to focus on you—where you can feel comfortable exploring whatever challenges you're facing, no matter how difficult they may be. I offer a supportive environment to process thoughts, emotions, and situations at your own pace. Together, we’ll set realistic, meaningful goals that align with your values and what you hope to achieve.
