Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Paige! I’ve been a therapist for almost 10 years now and it’s my greatest passion. I have my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work as well as two licenses to practice, the highest licensure being my Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have extensive experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Autism, and ADHD. I welcome you to come partner with me!

My approach to therapy

I like to focus on building a genuine relationship with my clients that is built on mutual trust. In my work as a therapist, I am encouraging and affirming, finding the times to remind people of the skills and capabilities they have within them, and also challenging my clients to grow. I meet my clients where they are at - I can be a space for whatever you need, whether that’s a space to vent and truly be listened to or a space to learn new perspectives or coping strategies/techniques.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect to be asked alot of questions in order for me to get to know you and your goals. I want to make sure I have a full understanding of what your needs are in order to best support you. We will also discuss my therapeutic style, confidentiality, and what to expect in the therapeutic process.
