I’m Paige Allegra Blayne, a therapist who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and accepted. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, eating disorders, or life transitions, I strive to create a warm and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals recovering from trauma, and those facing challenges related to body image, infertility, substance use, and women’s mental health. My practice is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to explore every part of yourself without judgment.

My goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness practices, somatic interventions, and strength-based therapy to support healing of both the mind and body.

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, and cultivate greater self-compassion and emotional balance. I also value creativity, curiosity, and even humor in the therapeutic process, recognizing that healing can include moments of joy alongside difficult work.

My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what has brought you to therapy, explore your goals, and identify the areas of your life where you'd like to see growth and change.

You can expect a calm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you are encouraged to share at your own pace. Together, we'll begin creating a treatment plan that reflects your values and unique experiences while identifying practical tools that can support you between sessions.
