Great to meet you!

Clients can expect complete transparency and an environment tailored entirely to their goals. We utilize structured 30-minute follow-ups for medication management and 60-minute sessions for dedicated therapy or combined care.

Because true healing honors the whole person, I love integrating Christian faith, prayer, and scripture into our sessions upon request for those looking for a spiritually supported journey. However, this is entirely optional. If you prefer a strictly secular, traditional clinical approach, you will find an incredibly warm, deeply respectful, and evidence-based space where your values are fully honored.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is evidence-based and seamlessly integrated with faith and spirituality upon request. By listening to your unique story with deep compassion, we will work together to build a treatment plan tailored entirely to your personal goals.

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model. In our sessions, we will collaborate using a variety of tools, including conservative psychiatric medication management, psychoeducation, and a CBT-informed therapeutic modality. My clinical goal is to help you build practical skills so you can eventually "graduate" from treatment and thrive independently.

Whether we are weaving Christian faith, prayer, and scripture into your healing journey, or utilizing a strictly traditional, secular clinical approach, you are always the driver of your care. You will find a warm, respectful, and highly dedicated space here.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a safe, unhurried space where we will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We will discuss your history, symptoms, and goals at a pace that feels entirely comfortable for you. I know some chapters of your story are incredibly difficult to talk about—there is never any pressure, and you always have the option to share only what you are ready to share.

My goal is to provide clarity. During this evaluation, I will share my clinical insights and identify any mental health diagnoses with you transparently. From there, we become a team. I will map out the best evidence-based treatment options for your situation—whether that involves conservative medication management, CBT-informed therapy, or a blend of both.

At the end of our time, the choice is entirely yours. We can collaborate on a treatment plan and book your preferred follow-up (a 30-minute medication check or a 60-minute therapy session), or you are welcome to take all the time you need to think about your options. You are the driver of your healing journey.
