Great to meet you!

Hello! I specialize in anxiety disorders, OCD, BFRBs, phobias, perinatal stressors, and military concerns. I am extensively trained in Exposure Response Prevention for the treatment of OCD, phobias, and anxiety. I hold professional certification to treat perinatal mental health concerns and love supporting birthing women and people and their support systems. As an Army Veteran and spouse of a retired Veteran, I understand military life well and enjoy supporting service members and dependents.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Alongside you, I will eclectically draw from therapeutic orientations like Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Strengths-Based, Exposure, Mindfulness, and Intersectional Feminism to guide our work. I am warm, affirming, and all about empowering you to be your own unique self.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together, I would be honored to support you through your struggles, successes, and everything in between. I will offer guidance as you strive to overcome challenges and learn and apply beneficial changes, coping skills, and mindfulness practices to your life. I will always respect and nurture your individuality, and I look forward to supporting you as you work to create and live a life most meaningful to you.
