Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve been carrying anxiety, relationship stress, past trauma, or emotions you’re not sure how to make sense of. You might feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure where to begin. I’m Paige, a therapist trained in EMDR, somatic therapy, and Gottman couples work, and I support individuals and couples who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start, just being here is already a step forward.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas and have specialized training in trauma and relationship work. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. My background allows me to support both deep emotional healing and practical relationship growth, helping clients feel more connected to themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in creating a space that feels both safe and human. I often say therapy with me is a mix of safety and silliness, the safety is where deeper processing and healing happens, and the silliness is where we reconnect with joy, lightness, and being fully ourselves. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, and relational approaches to help you process experiences, understand your body and emotions, and build healthier patterns. Therapy is collaborative, personalized, and grounded in meeting you exactly where you are.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect real conversation, not pressure or judgment. It’s completely normal to feel nervous or unsure at first, and we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll take time to understand your story, your patterns, and what you’re hoping for, while creating a space where you feel supported and genuinely seen. Over time, many clients begin to feel more clarity, confidence, and connection, both within themselves and in their relationships. You don’t have to do this alone.

Starting therapy takes courage, and even considering it is meaningful. If you’re feeling ready or even just curious, I’d love to support you. We can take it one step at a time, together.
