Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I'd like to empower your wellness and growth through evidence-based support. I want clients to feel that therapy with me is a place where they can be honest, feel respected, and do meaningful work that helps them understand themselves more clearly and move forward with greater confidence. I have 5 years of experience working as a therapist for the State of Nevada- Division of Child and Family Services (2016-2021) and have spent the past 5 years working for Dallas ISD's Mental Health Services Program. I have extensive clinical experience providing compassionate care to address trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, child & teen issues, women's issues, and family conflict.

My approach to therapy

My number one goal is to help you feel secure and supported so we can truly address "the hard stuff" in your life. As a marriage and family therapist, I naturally pay attention to the larger context around a person: relationship patterns, stress, family dynamics, and the emotional habits that may be keeping them stuck. In therapy, I focus on reflection, pattern recognition, emotional insight, and developing concrete coping tools clients can actually use outside of session. I believe therapy should feel collaborative rather than one-sided, and I value work that is both compassionate and gives clients real momentum toward the changes they want in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our introductory session, I want to understand both what is hurting right now and what has been shaping that pain over time. We’ll talk about what feels most urgent, what patterns you have been noticing, and what changes you hope to see in your life. You can expect a calm, grounded conversation where we start building trust, clarify your goals, and identify what progress would look like for you in a way that is personal and realistic. I look forward to working with you to help you live a happy, healthy and thriving life!
