Welcome! My name is Paige and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I have 7+ years of experience in the field and specialize in working with children, adolescents/teens, adults and elder adults that are experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, adjustment issues, emotion regulation, interpersonal issues, addiction issues, trauma and more. I am passionate about helping individuals through the life journey.
I use an eclectic approach with a strong focus on Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). The therapeutic journey is a life work, and not just a quick fix! It is my duty to support my clients through this journey. Each of us experience life stressors that we do not want to weigh down our loves ones with or can not imagine anyone listening without judgement.
My goal is to be someone who is able to walk beside a client, so they are able to process life stressors successfully and effectively without feeling alone. I value the therapeutic relationship with all of my clients and believe that rapport-building is the foundation of successful treatment. My therapeutic style is low-pressured and paced by the client which allows the promotion of a strong therapeutic alliance that is based on collaboration, confidentiality, safety and trust.
