Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to figure things out alone. I'm an LCPC who provides a supportive, judgment-free space where you can be yourself and talk openly about what's on your mind. I enjoy helping children, teens, and adults work through anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, and life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel understood, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that every person has unique strengths, and I work alongside my clients to help them better understand themselves, overcome challenges, and build meaningful change. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care to support clients. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to reach their goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, relaxed, and judgment-free environment where we can get to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. I'll take time to learn about your background, strengths, and goals so we can create a plan that fits your needs. Most importantly, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident about moving forward together.
