Hi! I'm Paige, and I am honored you have found yourself here. I believe that to truly understand ourselves in the present, we need to explore the experiences that shaped us and how they still influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal in therapy is to create a safe, supportive space where you can speak openly, process what you’ve been through, and begin to see yourself with greater clarity and compassion.
I became a therapist because I know firsthand that treatment works, and I understand what it feels like to carry anxiety, trauma, depression, and the uncertainty of finding a way forward. I work primarily with adults navigating these challenges using a thoughtful, collaborative approach that helps you make sense of your past while building practical tools for the present. If you’re feeling stuck but still holding onto even a small spark of hope, therapy can help you grow it into something brighter—you don’t have to do it alone.
It is important to me to build a strong rapport in order to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship where we can feel safe enough to move through old traumas, recurring patterns, and the experiences that keep us feeling stuck. Together, we work toward deeper self-understanding of all parts of who you are, with the goal of fostering healing and wholeness.
I work with clients in a thoughtful, collaborative way that blends practical tools with deeper self-exploration. My approach is eclectic and holistic, drawing from CBT, psychodynamic therapy, Jungian concepts, and mindfulness practices to help clients understand how past experiences shape the present while also building skills to manage current challenges. Together, we explore patterns, beliefs, and emotions at both surface and deeper levels, with a focus on meaning-making, strengthening self-awareness, and supporting a more aligned and connected sense of self.
In our first session, I take time for us to get to know each other and to answer any questions you may have about the process. I’ll also share a bit about how we’ll move through treatment together so you feel comfortable and informed. I like to begin sessions by asking how you’re feeling—this helps us practice using feeling words and sets the tone for our work. Checking in with emotions throughout the day is something I encourage, because it helps reduce avoidance and mental fatigue.
We’ll also talk about your supports and your goals, making sure we’re aligned and focused on what matters most to you. From there, we’ll let the session unfold naturally—you’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to help guide the way. I like to close our sessions with affirmation cards, which add a light and meaningful touch. It’s always fun to see how often the card reflects the exact theme of our work together!
