Great to meet you!

I have always believed in the power of storytelling. I build my practice off of the idea that our lives are like novels; detailed, complex, rich, and able to be edited/revised. I am here to help you with your story.

I earned masters in Counseling Psychology in 2016 have experience in multiple settings including outpatient, residential, and forensic. I am most specialized in work with adolescents and young adults but welcome everyone.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I adopt a person centered approach. I use evidence-based practices such at Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). I have certifications in DBT and am an Autism Spectrum specialist.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect that we will work together to identify your goals and I will check in often. My clients tend to find therapy that is conversational and less focused to be helpful for them because it allows space for important topics to arise organically. I am warm, genuine, and always on your side.
