Paige Kelso-Znak

I am a clinical social worker with 18 years’ experience and love working with clients to find their whole-hearted, authentic selves. I have a master’s in social work from the University of Washington and am licensed in Washington state as an independent clinical social worker. My previous experience includes working in a state psychiatric hospital, an emergency department and as a county designated crisis responder.

I specialize in feminist counseling for women and girls using a variety of techniques depending on your needs and preferences. We will examine your life story, challenge distorted thoughts and beliefs, and improve your ability to cope with trauma, anxiety, depression and stress. Regardless of the problems you may be facing, you have choices and the power to change your life. I look forward to meeting you and helping you grow the life you want.

The most important goal is for you to feel understood and cared about. I use an informal style and strive to create a comfortable and safe space for you to explore tough issues. This is telehealth so make sure you have a good connection and privacy. Tea and pajama pants encouraged!
