Great to meet you!

There are times in life when we feel stuck, lonely, anxious, or disconnected from ourselves. While these experiences can be painful, I believe they often serve as powerful catalysts for growth, healing, and transformation. Earning your trust and helping you establish a secure, empowering baseline for your care is an honor I hold deeply. Over my five years of practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have found profound meaning in supporting adults and couples through their most difficult moments. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, and trauma. I am also fiercely committed to providing affirming care for the LGBTQIA+ community, offering a safe harbor for those seeking an inclusive, sex-positive space. It is a privilege to support people as they develop greater self-awareness, strengthen their resilience, and move toward a more authentic version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

I believe there is wisdom even in the parts of ourselves we wish were different. Many of the coping strategies and defense mechanisms that no longer serve us developed for good reasons; they are often the mind's best attempt to adapt, protect, and survive. At the same time, growth can feel challenging because it requires us to step beyond what is familiar. I believe that genuine emotional growth happens when we balance this deep, authentic human connection with rigorous, evidence-based practices. I strive to show up with warmth, genuineness, and authenticity, and I hope that everyone I work with feels as though we are a team. By integrating Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Exposure Response Prevention, and somatic approaches, we can explore the underlying conflicts that keep you feeling stuck. Alongside this deeper exploration, we will outline tangible goals and practical tools that you can use between sessions to support meaningful change in your everyday life. I enjoy thinking creatively and tailoring my approach to your unique needs, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for support takes immense courage, and my hope is that our virtual sessions act as a quiet refuge where you can safely step away from the heavy demands of daily stress. I offer telehealth therapy throughout the day and in the evenings, ensuring our work fits seamlessly into your life. In our first session together, I strive to cultivate a calm, non-judgmental environment right from the start. We will gently explore your history, symptoms, and client-centered goals at a natural, comfortable pace without any pressure to share everything all at once. If you think we may be a good fit, please feel free to schedule a phone consultation at no cost. My ultimate hope is that you leave our first meeting feeling completely understood, supported, and hopeful about the journey ahead as we collaboratively design a roadmap for your healing.
