Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in mental health, working with teenagers and adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I support clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including stress, life transitions, family and relationship challenges, and complex systems-related experiences such as incarceration. I offer a supportive, judgment-free space, and my style is warm, straightforward, and grounded, with a focus on helping you feel heard while also moving toward real change.

My approach to therapy

Sometimes you just need someone to talk to. Sometimes you just need someone to listen. Sometimes you just need to “get it off your chest”. I believe counseling is what you make it.

What you can expect from me

I take a flexible, collaborative approach to therapy and tailor sessions to what works best for you. We’ll focus on understanding patterns, building practical tools, and making changes that actually show up in your day-to-day life.
