Great to meet you!

While a lucky few might 'get it right' the first time, for most of us, life is a continuous process of evolution. We are constantly learning and edging closer to the people we truly want to be. I am here to support you through that journey of growth.

I specialize in helping client's navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, and the stress of balancing modern life. Whether you are working through identity shifts, parenting challenges, or relationship struggles, I am committed to providing a space where you feel truly heard. If you feel like you’re falling short of the person, partner, or parent you want to be, let's work together to bridge that gap."

My approach to therapy

A respectful, trusting relationship is critical. My main therapeutic approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), sa action-based approach that helps patients cope with life's difficulties and overcome negative feelings and harmful thoughts.

What you can expect from me

I would like for you to leave therapy feeling empowered, accomplished and confident in your ability to manage challenges. That said, it's also normal to experience a wide range of emotions along the way. I aspire to create a trusting relationship that allows for transparency.
