Great to meet you!

When life circumstances change, it is completely normal to feel overwhelmed by the uncertainty of what comes next. For over 20 years I have partnered with individuals navigating significant personal and professional transitions, including managing any worsened symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, or PTSD.

My approach to therapy

My approach is empowering, practical, and solution-focused, meaning we will not just talk about challenges; we will actively discover your strengths and move forward with confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, my primary goal is simply to ensure you feel deeply heard and understood. I intentionally create a laid-back comfortable space where you can let your guard down and speak openly without fear of judgment. While my approach is relaxed, it is also purposeful. Before the session is over, we will collaborate to identify your immediate goals and give you a sense of relief, direction, and empowerment.
