My name is Paige and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I love sitting with people through the highs and lows of life. I work with people with a variety of concerns and life transitions. I specialize in working with teens and adults with OCD, anxiety, trauma, and women's-related issues.
My approach to therapy is warm and compassionate, while using evidence-based methods to help people overcome difficulties. I strongly believe in the power and importance of the therapeutic relationship. My style is relaxed and accepting, meeting you where you are at.
Our first session will be an intake session where I briefly go over confidentiality and the therapy process. We will focus in detail on your history, as you are ready. Together, we will set goals for therapy.
