Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with advanced training in evidence-based assessment and treatment for a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks and panic disorder/agoraphobia, anger and irritability, trauma and PTSD, personality disorders, OCD, and alcohol and other substance use. I also work with clients navigating concerns such as relationship or family conflict, grief, and general life stressors.

I earned my doctoral degree in clinical psychology and have experience providing both individual, couples, and group treatment across inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. I’ve worked closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals, including nurse practitioners and social workers, as part of interdisciplinary treatment teams. Much of my clinical work has focused on adults presenting with complex and co-occurring concerns.

My approach to therapy

Everyone brings a unique set of experiences, strengths, and challenges into therapy, and I believe treatment should reflect that. I take an individualized, collaborative approach, working with you as a partner in the therapeutic process rather than an authority telling you what to do.

I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, tailoring sessions to your goals and needs. I value open communication and will regularly check in to make sure therapy feels helpful and aligned with what you’re hoping to work on.

What you can expect from me

We’ll begin with an initial intake session focused on understanding what’s bringing you to therapy, your background, and what you’d like to work toward. From there, we’ll collaborate on a treatment plan that feels realistic, intentional, and aligned with your goals and values.

Most clients meet with me once per week, especially at the start of therapy, to build momentum and continuity. Sessions are structured but flexible, balancing reflection and insight with practical strategies you can apply outside of sessions.

My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being open, while also working together in a focused and purposeful way.
