Great to meet you!

Paige Mosley is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of South Florida. She has experience working with children, adults, and families, supporting clients through concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict. With a warm and collaborative approach, Paige primarily integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and person-centered care, while also drawing from trauma-focused practices.

My approach to therapy

Paige is passionate about helping clients feel seen, fostering resilience, and guiding them toward healing and stability so they can discover life beyond their struggles.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a safe and welcoming space where we begin by exploring what brings you to therapy and what goals you’d like to work toward. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you, your story, and what’s been challenging lately, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as we start building a foundation for our work together.
