Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Paige, and I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Approved Supervisor, and Perinatal Mental Health specialist in Washington (PMH-C). Through online therapy, I help anxious overthinkers, especially women and Moms, understand their experiences, step out of overwhelming cycles and patterns, and build trust in themselves again, even when their thoughts and feelings are really big and loud.

My approach to therapy

I’m engaged and expressive in session and I take an integrative approach that feels warm, conversational, and collaborative. I’ll hold space for your difficult experiences so that you can get curious about them. I’ll ask thoughtful questions and reflect patterns you might not see yet. Together, we can slow things down in order to understand what is happening in you, rather than fight against it or come up with surface fixes. We will also work on building confidence in your ability to navigate uncertainty and reconnect to your values so you can engage with life in a more aligned, meaningful way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we will talk about what has been feeling difficult, what prompted you to seek therapy, and what you're hoping will be different as we work together. We will also spend time exploring the bigger picture of who you are, including any relevant background and personal history.
