Great to meet you!

Life can bring unexpected twists that leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself or your family. Whether you are healing from trauma, managing daily anxiety, or restoring balance at home, your voice matters. I believe therapy is not about erasing your past, but gaining tools, support, and insight to create a healthier future. As an LPC-S and founder of Next Page Counseling, I support adults, adolescents, and families.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and tailored to you and your nervous system. After more than a decade in community leadership and trauma advocacy, I bring experience supporting survivors of interpersonal violence, domestic abuse, sexual assault, and childhood trauma. I draw from CBT, REBT, psychodynamic, interpersonal, solution-focused, problem-solving, mindfulness, and play-based approaches to build insight and practical coping skills.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will slow down and focus on safety, comfort, and connection, without pressure to share more than you are ready for. We will explore what brings you or your family to therapy, discuss immediate challenges, identify goals, review how therapy works, and answer your questions. Together, we will create a transparent plan for moving forward. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions, and you may reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
