She supported individuals recovering from anxiety disorders, depression, grief and major loss, familial issues, abuse, trauma, LGBTQ+ challenges, long distance relationship challenges, chronic health issues, major life events, and various mental health challenges.

My approach to therapy

Paige provides warm and encouraging collaborative care. Her style is humanistic and solution-focused. Clients can expect a blend of Problem Solving Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, psychoeducation, and elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
