Hi there! My name is Paige and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I aim to work with clients who are ready to do the hard work and change their life for the better.
I have experience with many different populations and problems that people manage, including neurodivergency (Autism and ADHD), trauma (sexual assault and domestic violence), substance abuse, and anxiety/depression.
I practice from a Cognitive Behavioral perspective, which basically means I help you identify your problematic thoughts and how they affect your emotions and behaviors. My goal is to work with my clients towards being more mindful about where they currently are and making more mindful decisions about where they want their mental health to be in the future.
I totally know that counseling can be intimidating; my goal as a counselor is to encourage the people that I work with to take back their power against their mental health struggles and wake up each day and choose to be their best and brightest selves.
