Great to meet you!

I am a New York State licensed mental health counselor and doctoral-prepared board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I have experience working with a variety of populations and am currently accepting new clients for medication management only. I often work with young adults and working professionals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress associated with life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My style is transparent and collaborative. I aim to provide a space that is safe and nonjudgmental in which you can feel like yourself and speak openly. Because services are completely virtual at this time, if you have had a recent psychiatric hospitalization, this would not be the best fit. If you have an existing therapist, I am happy to collaborate with them, and may provide referral for therapy if additional support is needed.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will review your history, discuss your goals for treatment, and develop a plan to work together towards them. Clients can expect to feel empowered and supported, whether this is processing a recent change, developing new ways to manage emotions, gaining new perspectives, challenging ways of thinking, or identifying ways to improve relationships.
