Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, attachment wounds, and family-of-origin concerns. I’m especially passionate about helping clients understand and break patterns that no longer serve them while creating healthier relationships with themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and rooted in psychodynamic and relational therapy. I believe understanding where a pattern began can be just as important as learning how to change it. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences, attachment, relationships, and family dynamics may influence your present while also using practical, evidence-based strategies to help you move forward. My style is warm, collaborative, genuine, and direct—I’ll support you while also gently challenging you when growth requires it.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. My priority is creating a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can show up as yourself. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, what you’re experiencing now, relevant parts of your story, and what you’d like life to look like differently. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin creating a treatment plan that feels realistic, meaningful, and uniquely yours.
