Great to meet you!

Coming from a perspective that healthy living, mental health and being able to experience life in wholesome way is important. My education is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with LIU, further to that I use IFS (Internal Family Systems) as a model in therapy. Helping clients develop awareness of the world around them and embrace their full self without self-judgement. Exploring feelings, experiences, and inner emotions in a safe environment to gain a good sense of self.

My approach to therapy

Expect to feel grounded in our therapy session as I use warm and use approaches that involve valuing the person first. I love working in the areas of self-defeating behaviors and generally helping people that are diagnosed with bipolar, depression, anxiety, deal with stress and other major mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and developmental disabilities.
