Great to meet you!

You have the power to rewrite your story - let’s get started. I’m Pam, and I help adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, weighed down by the past, or unsure how to move forward. You may be dealing with overthinking, low mood, self-doubt, relationship stress, or patterns that no longer serve you. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and encouraged as you begin making sense of what has been holding you back and what healing could look like for your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and encouraging. I’ll walk alongside you as we explore your past, your present, and the hopes you have for your future. Together, we’ll identify what may be contributing to anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or relationship issues, and begin building a path toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership - one where you are met with compassion, honesty, and respect. My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater confidence, emotional balance, and a life that feels more aligned with who you want to be.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll begin by talking about what brought you to therapy, what has been feeling most difficult, and what you hope will be different moving forward. Whether you are coming in for depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, or a major life transition, I want you to feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling supported, understood, and a little more hopeful. I believe everyone is capable of growth, and I’m passionate about helping clients create more fulfilled, empowered, and meaningful lives.
