Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with 4 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, depression, and parenting concerns.

I earned my master’s in marriage and family therapy from Capella University. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, and emotion-focused techniques to support deeper awareness and lasting change. Together, we will identify patterns that no longer serve you and create balance in your life.

Reaching out for support is a brave step, and you do not have to face life’s challenges alone.

My approach to therapy

I help clients explore their emotions, strengthen their connections with others, and develop healthier patterns in their daily lives. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and grounded space where you can gain insight, build new skills, and feel more empowered in your healing journey. The therapeutic relationship we build together is the main catalyst for growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my clients can expect a welcoming and collaborative space to share what brings them to therapy and their goals for therapy. We’ll take time to get to know each other and begin exploring the patterns or challenges they'd like to work on. In the early stages of therapy, my focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship, creating safety and trust, and working together at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.
