Originally born in Rochester, NY, I have spent years working with children and families facing hardship. That led to a midlife career change and finding myself as a therapist specializing in trauma. Whether you have a BIG T trauma, or a small t trauma, if you find yourself with negative thoughts and beliefs, there is help available.

I am trained in several trauma treatments for birth through adulthood. I like to take time to decide the best treatment modality and lean heavily on the client's preferences, goals, and motivation to make recommendations. Ultimately, the decision is yours!

I like to create an open environment where you can be direct, honest, and safe as you navigate the tough parts of your life. My goal is to help you find your way, not carve it out for you.
