Great to meet you!

I am passionate about providing a safe, compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental, therapeutic environment to allow for an authentic and strong therapeutic relationship.I believe that as humans, we are wired for connection, and during life’s difficult moments, it’s essential to have someone walk alongside us—helping us navigate the journey and move toward healing while feeling heard, supported, and never alone.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have specialized training in Betrayal Trauma, specifically for partners of individuals struggling with sexual addiction, through APSATS.org. Additionally, I’ve completed Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Institute’s research-based approach to relationships. I’m also certified as a Psychological Autopsy Investigator.

What you can expect from our first session

My experience from four years olds to senior adults in managed care, private practice and school environments. I also bring my own personal experiences; having faced childhood adversity, breast cancer, betrayal, being a child and adult of divorce. These experiences have deepened my ability to connect with others in a compassionate and genuine way.
