My approach to therapy

As an integrative therapist, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. I draw from various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, family systems, and humanistic approaches. This allows me to create a treatment plan that’s tailored to each client’s personality, preferences, and goals. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, so I actively seek feedback from my clients and encourage them to take an empowered role in the process.
