Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I am Pamela and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have worked with teens and adults for over 20 years. I have experience in working with clients with anxiety, depression, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I have worked at schools for over 19 years with students aged 12 and older and very much enjoy working with school-aged students.

My approach to therapy

Each person has a unique story and deserves an individual approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we will act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It's important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I will be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will work together to figure this out. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling safe and secure. From there, we will work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
