As a Christian Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with 10 years of experience, my passion is helping women find healing, hope, and renewed strength through life’s most difficult experiences. I specialize in trauma recovery, healing from abuse: narcissistic, emotional, spiritual and sexual abuse. In addition, infidelity, divorce grief, childhood trauma and church hurt, among others.
Through compassionate support, biblical truths, experiential interventions and Evidence Based interventions, individuals are gently guided in exploring and transforming negative core beliefs that may have developed through painful experiences. The goal is to foster healing, restore a sense of self-worth, and help individuals discover a renewed sense of identity and hope.
During our first session, my goal for you is to learn that this is your safe place, without judgement. You have a voice here, and I am interested in hearing your story. I understand you may have waited a while to make the decision to come to counseling, but I assure you that you are stronger than you know. Strong people seek out help when needed. God made us social creatures, carrying each others burdens. This is my calling, my mission and my honor to walk beside you during the difficult times.
