Therapy is a personal and often difficult journey.

I provide a warm, compassionate and empathic setting. Together we will effectively navigate through life stressors and old emotional wounds to find healing, purpose and meaning.

I work with DID clients, domestic violence sexual assault survivors, PTSD and couples.

I have a passion for working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Working together to use your own strengths and empowerment.

In addition, I counsel clients with DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) and other dissociative issues. We will work together to support your ability to be present, grounded and lead a fulfilling life.

If you are experiencing difficulties in your relationship, I can help to create new patterns of communication and develop a healthier relationship.

I use EMDR, DBT and Solution Focused Interventions to help you find your own healing.

I strive to build a safe and non-judgmental space using a client-centered, empathic and collaborative approach.
