Great to meet you!

Many of my clients arrive at a turning point — a moment when something feels deeply off and they can no longer ignore it. They often say it simply: "I can't live like this anymore." Beneath that is a genuine desire to understand themselves better, to make sense of the confusion and anxiety that's accumulated, and to finally move toward real, lasting change.I work primarily with older adults who are ready to look honestly at where they are and where they want to go.

My approach to therapy

My approach is reflective and collaborative. I believe everyone deserves to feel genuinely heard — not just acknowledged, but truly understood. Together, we work to untangle what feels confusing, ease the anxiety that comes with uncertainty, and find a path forward that feels more grounded and intentional.

What you can expect from me

There is no level of pain you have to reach before support is warranted. We may not find the whole answer right away, but we will find the next step. That's how change begins. If this resonates, I'd love to connect — let's set up a quick chat.
