Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, having received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have been engaged in the field of mental health since 2018, serving diverse populations of various ages. I aim to help individuals discover their personal strengths to develop resiliency skills and become the best version of their authentic selves.

My approach to therapy

Having worked with numerous individuals, with various issues that prevent them from being the best version of themselves, I am experienced in helping people achieve a better understanding of themselves, complete their personal goals, and have their wants and needs met in healthy, productive ways.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together we will begin to build a professional relationship that will be the backbone of the therapy process. Introductions will be made, and then you will have the opportunity to share your story to determine what will be the main focus of our time together. The counseling process will be explained, your counseling expectations shared, and a plan of action will be created. The first session, as well as all our sessions, will be a collaborative process.
