Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying stress from multiple directions at once. You may be struggling with anxiety, unresolved trauma, grief, relationship challenges, family responsibilities, or major life transitions that have left you feeling exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, grief and loss, PTSD, relationship issues, panic attacks, ADHD, bipolar disorder, anger management concerns, and women's mental health concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling unsure where to start but know something needs to change. Together, we'll create a safe space to understand what's contributing to your struggles, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and build practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting growth. My goal is to help you regain a sense of balance, confidence, and stability so life feels more manageable again.
