Great to meet you!

As an LCSW, psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so thank you for trusting me with that first step! I’ve been practicing for 40 years, but in the last decade, I have focused on trauma, change of life, relationships, anxiety, and addictions.

My approach to therapy

believe that each person’s experiences, needs, and goals are unique, and therapy should reflect that. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. As we work together, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. I’ll listen without judgment, offer thoughtful challenges when appropriate, and support you as you navigate growth and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an initial session focused on getting to know you, understanding your experiences, and learning more about what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore your needs, identify meaningful goals, and develop an approach that feels right for you. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being open and vulnerable. As we continue our work together, we’ll build on those goals and take practical steps toward creating the changes you’re hoping for.
