Pamela Grzech

I specialize in working with people who struggle with depression, overwhelming stress, family issues, who are navigating health issues, and those who are healing from a history of abuse and trauma, including grief and loss.

My approach is warm, caring and genuine, but I won’t give you pat answers or advice. You have probably already heard them already anyway! Instead, we will work together, looking at what you want to change and providing you support as we work on making those changes happen. We will work together as you work on the challenges that brought you here.

Beginning to work with a therapist can be a bit scary. I understand that, and will never push you to go further than you can handle, and I commit to always show respect for the work you are doing. Give yourself some kudos for being here! Our work together is about you. I commit to creating a plan around your needs and strengths. I will work to create a space where your voice is heard, focusing on your goals. If you aren’t sure what you need, that’s okay too - we’ll figure things out together.
