Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. I specialize in trauma and C-PTSD, ADHD, parenting, anxiety, and working with any areas of your life in which you feel "stuck." I am EMDR certified, IFS level 3 trained, ADHD clinical services certified, and a certified integrative mental health professional (CIMHP) and a certified synergetic play therapist.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is authentic and relaxed, reflecting my belief that we are all on shared journey, but it is often helpful to have a guide for support and direction.

I operate from a Christian worldview but work with individuals from all belief systems, including many who have been harmed by the church. My internal family systems clinical lens maintains that you have no bad parts, and curiosity and compassion are the keys to unlocking greater healing and wholeness.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to be both flexible and strategic in my work with clients, progressing toward clinical goals while being attuned to what you need in each session. I believe anything that is causing distress in the present can be a "trailhead" to point toward parts of you that are in need of healing. We will work collaboratively to find a therapeutic approach, rhythm, and interventions that work best for you!
