Great to meet you!

I provide a compassionate, affirming, and client-centered approach to therapy. I have experience working with individuals exploring their relationship with substances, pursuing recovery, or seeking support around behavioral change without judgment. I also work closely with members of the LGBTQ+ community, providing an inclusive and supportive space to explore identity, relationships, life transitions, and mental health concerns. Additionally, I support individuals coping with chronic or terminal health diagnoses, helping clients process emotional challenges, build resilience, and navigate the impact these experiences can have on daily life and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, accepting, and client-centered. I believe in helping clients recognize their strengths while creating a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space for growth. Using evidence-based practices such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions, I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can openly discuss their concerns at their own pace. The first session focuses on getting to know you, understanding your goals, exploring current challenges, and identifying strengths. Together, we begin building a collaborative plan that supports meaningful growth and lasting change.
