A bit about my approach to therapy

I have experience working with multicultural adults, couples and families tackling together a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD to name a few. I use a client-centered, strengths-based, and eclectic approach that integrates techniques tailored specifically to meet each client’s needs. I appreciate the vulnerability and empathize with those who have chosen to share their struggles with me and enjoy working with them through their stages of self-exploration.
