You don’t have to feel alone after someone you love has died. My own experience of loss and trauma led me to specialize in grief using a holistic, trauma-informed approach. I have completed advanced training in Prolonged Grief Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (for trauma). I also serve my community as a hospice and bereavement social worker, and a registered yoga and meditation teacher.

If you have been through a serious loss, you know that there is no easy fix for grief. And time alone does NOT heal all wounds. Talk therapy can help, but integrative grief therapy takes talk therapy to the next level.
