Great to meet you!

I believe that people are more than the challenges they face, and that individuals have resiliency that they may not yet realize. It is my conviction that therapy should be a safe place based on trust, and which creates a space for positive change. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with anxiety, communication, relational issues, and struggles with self-esteem.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is strength based and non-judgmental. I would be happy to join you during your challenging times and provide the support you are looking for while you discover your strengths. I utilize mindfulness and meditation with a combined Cognitive Behavioral, Client Centered, Solution-Focused, and Narrative approach.

What you can expect from our first session

We will work together to uncover your unique strengths and develop strategies which enable you to create the change you are seeking. It would be a privilege to support you on your journey to wellness.
