Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! My name is Pamela and it would be an honor to partner with you in your journey toward better mental health and healing.

I offer a collaborative approach that focuses on authenticity, self-compassion and healing for the whole of you.

My approach to therapy

Let’s work together to help you honor, understand, and deeply care for every part of yourself. Our sessions will move at your pace, prioritizing collaboration over force. As a person-centered clinician, I weave together a variety of therapeutic modalities to best fit your needs. My practice integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, psychodynamic insight, and Compassion Focused Therapy. I also balance deep emotional work with practical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and utilize EMDR as a specialized tool to process traumatic memories and release stuck emotional energy.

If you are a trauma survivor with dissociative symptoms, I offer several years of experience supporting individuals with these symptoms on the healing journey.

What you can expect from me

A first session is a slow, safety-first introduction lasting 45 to 55 minutes, where you control the pace and are never expected to recount past trauma. We will discuss general boundaries and policies. We will also discuss your goals for treatment. You can come with questions so you can determine if our work together will be a good fit.
