Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Pamela Mash, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and the owner of Worthy to Be Well Mental Health Counseling, PLLC. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Thomas University and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across community mental health, school-based settings, and private practice.

I’m passionate about helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they work through life’s challenges. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, autism, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting women through seasons of change, helping individuals heal from childhood wounds, and working with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.

My goal is to create a space where clients can show up as they are, build insight, and move toward healing with practical support and compassion.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely understood, emotionally safe, and actively supported throughout the healing process. I work to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, and Child-Parent Psychotherapy. Whether we are working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or stress, I aim to help clients build practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and create lasting change in their everyday lives.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe sharing your concerns, experiences, and hopes at your own pace.

During that first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you may be facing, and what you would like to get out of our work together. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process so you can feel more at ease. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and encouraged about the next steps in your healing journey.
