I primarily use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT); and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) but it is always at the pace that is comfortable for the client
I begin with a discussion with the client about what brought them to treatment and their therapy goals. I also give the client the opportunity to ask questions about my approach and the therapeutic process.
